Contracts I have included below the main part of my Pet/Companion
Contracts. You can contact me if you are want information about a Show/Breeding Contract.
Part 1 is the Deposit
Contract This contract is a binding agreement between: (_________)seller and _____________(buyer) for the purchase of the
following listed dog/puppy. Breed__Color___Gender___DOB___Registered__ Total purchase price of dog/puppy is: $___ (This
puppy is being purchased as a pet/companion) Registration Papers for this pup will not be issued/released unless pup is neutered
at 4-5 months or spayed between 5-6 months. The buyer is placing a non-refundable deposit of $____ on (date)__, to
hold this puppy until pick up on (date)____. The Balance of $___ is due and payable in cash on or before pick up of the listed
puppy.
Part 2 is the New Puppy letter Your new puppy has been wormed and vaccinated. I have included a health
card with the dates and type of vaccinations your pup has received.
Your pups should have a puppy well check up within
48 hours of you taking him home. Your vet may want a stool sample, to determine if parasites are present. Your pup has had
several wormings, but there is always the possibility that additional treatments my be needed. Best to have it checked.
I have taken precautions to ensure you have a happy , healthy puppy for many years to come, but cannot give any 100% guarantees,
as some things are just not predictable. Please understand you are purchasing a live animal and your new puppy/like a newborn
baby can have no guarantee to be perfect through out his/her entire life. Its is a chance we all take, when bringing a new
member into the family.
I also find it important to point out that taking on a new pup is big commitment. Your pups
basic needs (meals, potty time, bed time, play and cuddle time) requires you to be available to love and train him/her.
Leaving them alone for long periods of time, is difficult on a pup/dog. So understand your life will be different now, that
you have this loving companion to care for.
I also want families to know that once I have released your pup/dog to
you, the sale if final. I am always willing to accept my pups/dogs back and place him/her up for adoption. But I do not
give any refunds or credit for the puppy or dog, it’s supplies, vet cost etc, if you should decide not to keep him/her.
In the event you place your pup in another home, I hope you will send me updated info, so I can be available for the next
family.
I hope you enjoy your little one for many, many, years to come!!! Please keep in touch, I am always available
and try to touch base with families over the years.
Thanks for choosing one of my pups to be your loyal and loving
companion.
